Illegal Venezuelan Immigrant Directs 300,000 TikTok Followers to Invade, Take Over US Homes

Leonal Moreno, a Venezuelan individual residing unlawfully in the U.S., has called upon his 300,000 followers on TikTok to claim occupancy of unoccupied houses across certain U.S. states.

In his recent video, Moreno reveals that he has discovered a legal provision, most notably in New York, which permits squatters to inhabit empty residences.

“My people have thought about invading a house in the United States because I learned that there is a law that says that if a house is not inhabited we can expropriate it,” Moreno said. “The law says that if the abandoned houses are deteriorated and that are in bad condition, we can get, repair and live in it and even sell it.”

“And I think it will be my next business — invade abandoned homes, since I searched for some codes with my African friends and they told me they already have 7 expropriated houses,” he said.

This development occurs amidst reports of homeowners facing legal challenges when attempting to reclaim their properties from squatters. A notable case involved Adele Andaloro, a New York homeowner arrested for trying to evict individuals unlawfully occupying her residence, spotlighting the contentious issue of squatter rights in New York, which protect individuals after a month of occupancy."

Is it time to use the second amendment? We have the right to defend our property. Sounds like NY law is unconstitutional. Illegal venz boy needs to go bye bye.

This is what you want. 🤷‍♂️
@sunsporter1649 I already said it. We should have background checks on every immigrant.
@BohemianBoo I think you will find that @sunsporter1649's advanced dementia prevents him from remembering when he has been bested.

Kindly explain to me why these houses are unoccupied, when there are twice as many vacant houses as there are homeless Americans.

@CorvusBlackthorne "The PACT Act as written includes a budget gimmick that would allow $400 billion of current law spending to be moved from the discretionary to the mandatory spending category," the release read.

It went on: "This provision is completely unnecessary to achieve the PACT Act's stated goal of expanding health care and other benefits for veterans. However, it would enable an additional $400 billion in future discretionary spending completely unrelated to veterans. By failing to remove this gimmick, Congress would effectively be using an important veterans care bill to hide a massive, unrelated spending binge."

@CorvusBlackthorne I'm not saying that is a situation that doesn't need to be addressed, but usurping peoples ownership rights of their own property is NOT the way to do it.And as far as the illegal aliens go,no I don't have sympathy for that because they should be in the country anyway!

Many of these buildings are not owned by people, but rather by corporations. Mortgage companies. But again, I see that you prioritize property rights over the lives of your fellow humans.

I do find it interesting, however, that you assume I am proposing stealing the property.

How many aliens are on this planet, apart from me? I thought I was one of a scant few. Or do you once again refer to your fellow humans?
civil war or ww3. pick your poison.
they aint going to allow america to line up and tick the box next to orange man bads name...
I heard about this due to a story in NYC. In NYC the squatter rights(?) laws are different from the rest of the state that says you can basically stay after 10 years. In NYC you only have to occupy a residence for 30 days.
Not sure about other states and cities.
And yes there was mention of this Venezuelan advocate for this behavior.

While some of the corrupt Supreme court judges wants to make Homeless illegal just to get rid of the People's votes completely. Since we can't vote in prison
