Cry-Baby-trump basically admits he knows he is guilty of fraud...

Cry-Baby-trump wailed that he didn't commit a crime even if he did falsify records related to paying off Stormy Daniels. He went to offer his evidence:

"Virtually every legal scholar says they don't understand that there's no crime even if he was guilty of something, there's no crime!" he shouted. "So, I will say that enjoy it. It's a sad thing. It's a sad day for New York."

What a dummy! No wonder no one with a mind respects him.

And youre a legal scholar
@Patriot96 he may be legally insane, but more likely afflicted with a severe case of TDS.

@Patriot96 And, you're obsessively devoted to Insurrectionist-Cry-Baby-trump.
NY governor admits the fraud case against Trump was purely political.

@ViciDraco 😂😂😂 Prove it

@ViciDraco the 5th element? Nice dart throw, but you failed to hit the board. 🤣
The 5th element is worst of the 5 options. Trump paid back the entire loan, in full, on time and with interest. The lender wasn't "injured" financially. In fact, they said they'd loan money to Trump again. It was a win-win for both parties.

The rest of your explanation is pure double talk. Reading the rationale from liberals trying to explain lending is hysterical. It's as if you've never taken out a loan from a bank. Which is somewhat understandable given how expensive things have gotten. So let me help you.

When you apply for a loan from a bank, they use their own financial analysts to assess the value of the borrower's assets and collateral. They don't just take the borrower's word for it. Somehow this glaringly obvious fact is lost on liberals infected with TDS. The real fraud was the $18 million MAL appraisal. 20 minutes doing comps on Zillow proves just how ridiculous that appraisal is.
To paraphrase the immortal Johnny Cochran, if the quid don’t quo, you must let him go. But if the quo don’t quid, no crime was did.

@LeopoldBloom LOL That gives me an idea for Cry-Baby-trump branded gloves... all in gold with "45" embossed on them... a "4" on one glove and a "5" on the other one.

@Zonuss Yes, the truth stands. Try to use it; the truth can be your friend once you learn how to use it. Let me know if you need any help after you get started using it. 👑

That is just sad and pathetic.

On an interesting side note, one of the more shocking things I've learned from this whole debacle is that it's not illegal to pay hush money to someone with whom you had an affair to prevent them from ruining your campaign. The only thing that's illegal is that he didn't categorize it correctly.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@LordShadowfire ... which makes me wonder how much "hush money" he's paying Melania to maintain her silence about what he is like and is able to hide from "the base." And, is he booking that correctly?
@LordShadowfire The defense will be that it’s just a bookkeeping error.
