Cry-Baby-trump basically admits he knows he is guilty of fraud...

Cry-Baby-trump wailed that he didn't commit a crime even if he did falsify records related to paying off Stormy Daniels. He went to offer his evidence:

"Virtually every legal scholar says they don't understand that there's no crime even if he was guilty of something, there's no crime!" he shouted. "So, I will say that enjoy it. It's a sad thing. It's a sad day for New York."

What a dummy! No wonder no one with a mind respects him.

NY governor admits the fraud case against Trump was purely political.

@BizSuitStacy So, you believe the Democrat New York Governor over the insurrectionist, Cry-Baby-trump? Good for you. Now, let's help you advance in your transition. Here is what KathyHochul actually said in complete disclosure...

“I think that this is really an extraordinary, unusual circumstance that the law-abiding and rule-following New Yorkers who are businesspeople have nothing to worry about, because they’re very different than [Cry-Baby] Donald Trump and his behavior,” Hochul responded.

As you transition to sanity, be sure to disclose full quotes instead of abbreviated quotes used in headlines in media designed to manipulate "the base."

You're a massive failure at basic reading comprehension, which explains your constant braindead comments. Allow me to explain...she is admitting Trump is right.

@BizSuitStacy She's talking out of both sides of her mouth. But yet she won't speak out again illegal immigration in her own state. 😂

@BizSuitStacy For one thing, they really should apply the law evenly and go after everyone committing fraud.

The second thing is that "My guy is only being prosecuted for his crimes because he is a political target" might be a good attack against the prosecuters, but it's a terrible defense for the convicted. Other people committing the crime being ignored doesn't mean you didn't commit the crime.

This needs to fixed, but the solution doesn't lie in the direction I think you would favor.
@Zonuss she wants to stay in power, so won't address the elephant in the room.
@ViciDraco I'm not sure what you're really trying to say, but there was no crime committed. It was an obvious political hit job against Trump, and it had to be set up as a civil case because no jury would convict in a criminal trial.

Look at the legal definition of fraud.
Fraud must be proved by showing that the defendant's actions involved five separate elements: (1) a false statement of a material fact,(2) knowledge on the part of the defendant that the statement is untrue, (3) intent on the part of the defendant to deceive the alleged victim, (4) justifiable reliance by the alleged victim on the statement, and (5) injury to the alleged victim as a result.

The first 3 elements are only met if someone is dumb enough to accept the bogus property appraisal (the real fraud) that grossly undervalued Mar-A-Lago. $18 million is laughable, and property comps prove it. The 4th element isn't met because lending institutions do their own due diligence of the borrower's assets before approving a loan. The 5th element isn't met because Trump paid the loan back, in full, on time and with interest.

The case will be overturned on appeal and judge Endaround will be disbarred.

@BizSuitStacy All five elements are in place. What do you believe is missing?
@ViciDraco 😂😂😂 Prove it

@ViciDraco the 5th element? Nice dart throw, but you failed to hit the board. 🤣
The 5th element is worst of the 5 options. Trump paid back the entire loan, in full, on time and with interest. The lender wasn't "injured" financially. In fact, they said they'd loan money to Trump again. It was a win-win for both parties.

The rest of your explanation is pure double talk. Reading the rationale from liberals trying to explain lending is hysterical. It's as if you've never taken out a loan from a bank. Which is somewhat understandable given how expensive things have gotten. So let me help you.

When you apply for a loan from a bank, they use their own financial analysts to assess the value of the borrower's assets and collateral. They don't just take the borrower's word for it. Somehow this glaringly obvious fact is lost on liberals infected with TDS. The real fraud was the $18 million MAL appraisal. 20 minutes doing comps on Zillow proves just how ridiculous that appraisal is.
