Georgia prosecutors also considering racketeering and conspiracy charges against Trump in his effort to overturn his 2020 loss there.

Mathers · 61-69
Whatever the rights and wrongs the whole thing is so obviously politically motivated it is beyond belief.
Mathers · 61-69
Did you know anyone who doesn’t believe American politics is hopelessly corrupt is stupid? @SevIsPamprinYouAlways
@Mathers So you’re saying that all politicians should get a free pass to commit crimes, because prosecution would be “political?” Or that only applies to your orange savior?
Mathers · 61-69
No you are@LeopoldBloom
Mathers · 61-69
Of course the Democrats are trying desperately to put up some politically motivated charge against Trump such is the corruption in American politics
@Mathers
First of all it was the bogus Russian thing
The bogus Russian thing?

1) Use a dictionary, look up "collusion".

2) Review video of Trump pleading publicly for RUSSIA to intervene in an AMERICAN election.

3) Review what Russia DID, including the timing.

4) Cf. with your background work for #1.

You just believe anything don’t you? The press over here knew it was bogus. A sucker born every minute! 😀@SomeMichGuy
@Mathers No. I actually think, read, test facts.

So one of us does.

{@trumpisfinallygone] trump has skated on thin ice for a lot of years and now it is all starting too come home too him
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@smiler2012 lol thats ok. Biden and obama are next.
smiler2012 · 56-60
@MasterLee we will see there is enough hard evidence to back up your words with this accusation . at this current time it is trump under the spotlight and looking at real jail time
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@smiler2012 who needs evidence? "It is the magnitude of the accusation." - pelosi

Trumps up 8 points

The one thing you can absolutely, positively guarantee is that no prosecutor is going to lay a charge against Trump that has any way of failing to get a Guilty verdict. That would be a career buster.. So if the indictments are made, hes going down...😷
@whowasthatmaskedman I agree that civil suits will likely bedevil him and drain his coffers. Between his creditors forcing him into bankruptcy & selling off the money pit golf resorts he bought with his TV $$$ and the barrage of civil suits & various tax, etc., cases, I think he'll finally be brought low and be forced to live...well, in a very lavish home. (FL is a state where you can build a palace and never have it taken...which used to be why so many crooked rich people went there.)
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@SomeMichGuy But remember. Mara Lago is a resort NOT his home..😷
@whowasthatmaskedman Depends upon how FL law interprets it. He might have to sell part of it but still retain his part of it (it might be as separable as some contract terms...).

Good for them -- but I'm still waiting for someone to have the balls to charge him with treason.
Which part of what he allegedly did looks like racketeering?
@JessBalance Thanks for asking this; it helped me learn something in greater detail. 😊

Your question is probably answered in the very long 18 USC §1961(1), which defines "racketeering activity" actually quite broadly. The recorded conversation of the then-President with the person in charge of the GA elections--or other contacts uncovered in the course of the investigation--might be well be enough to trigger one or more of the extensive list of items in the US Code (many of which deal with fraud with respect to ids), or other laws included under its wide umbrella.

Can anyone find votes if they look hard enough? Maybe I could too?!
Come on, he just needs 11,780 votes, give him a break.
