So what does 'woke' mean to you?

Now? It means anything the right objects to.
"Politically correct" has too many syllables for the cult. "Woke" is far easier for their stunted minds.
It's a strategy....

First let me state that I do not consider myself "Woke," I just consider myself aware of wrongs that are being committed against my fellow American Citizens.

So those who consider yourselves "Not Woke," how do you feel about the following issues?

1: The Police continuing to murder unarmed American Citizens.

2: Politicians continuing to get richer and richer while the American worker continues to struggle to feed their family.

3: The Pharmaceutical Industry continuing to raise prices while Aging Americans continue to have choose between paying for medications and buying groceries?

I know in the political arena, they have reduced the "Woke Movement" to being nothing more than Liberal rhetoric and an attempt by "Black America" to have a cause and a voice in that political arena, but the problems remain in this country.
I do not see the "Woke Movement" as a "Black Movement," I see it as just another group that wants something done about the most pressing issues in this country.

If we think about it, if John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr.
were alive today, they would be labeled as "Woke" considering they faced the largest "Social Injustice" of their time........ Racism.

To me it means being aware of injustice that's so ingrained in society, people aren't even aware of most of their contributions. And yes, that includes me. I'm still learning a lot about my behavior as well.

It means what any buzz word means. It means those who use it as an insult don't have the energy or the capacity to employ critical thinking to say what they mean.

I thought it meant being aware socially and politically.

The GOP has their own definition to fit whatever they don't like

I've said it before: "Woke is only a dirty word if you don't know what you believe in and you don't know what you stand for."

To me, "woke" is simply recognizing the lies you've been told and letting the establishment know that you are aware of their lies.

“Woke” is the simple need to express consent with the minority opinion typically forced on the majority by the moonbats of the left.
