Not that Trump had colluded with them but that Russia had definitely exerted influence over the election results?
The claim is without that interference Trump would have never won
I think rather that the claim is Trump was aided by foreign interference, not that he stood no chance without it.
I disagree that it changed the outcome because those influenced by the propaganda were probably never going to vote for Clinton anyway.
If propaganda doesn't work then why has it been so consistently used as a tool all over the world throughout history and into the modern day?
Surely if it was only influencing people who were already on board with its message then it would serve little purpose.
