Both Fetterman and Shapiro are in trouble. Pennsylvania is ignoring a supreme court order and will accept undated ballots. Wait for the narrative..."we won't know the results for several days after the election."

How can this be revealed, and yet it keeps happening. It's awful. Someone is either completely incompetent and deserves to be fired, or they're a crook. Those are the only 2 choices. Either way, democrats sure know how to screw up a country.

Is there a civil or criminal penalty for those who failed to verify before sending out the ballots?

If one reads the entire letter from the Republican State Representatives, and the legal back-and-forth on this issue going back to 2018, well before the 2020 election, it is obvious this is a classic pissing contest between state and local authorities over who is going to pay the cost. By not verifying the voting lists before sending out the mail-in ballots the state shifts the costs to the counties because the law still requires the validity of the voter to be verified before counting the ballot, and counting the votes is a county job. Now common sense tells you that the two should get together and reach agreement on the most effective and cost-efficient way to do this and fund the increased tech systems and staffing to get the job done to assure public trust in our electoral processes. But no politician these days is willing to embrace increased costs that might require increased tax revenue to pay for it, so much easier to begin spinning conspiracy theories and pointing fingers at each other.

Remember when Al Franken lost his US Senate race to Norm Coleman and they kept doing recounts until - Presto! - Franken had enough votes to "win"?

The courts never want to hear these voter fraud cases so it should be smooth sailing in Pennsylvania

When Fetterman is way behind, the "ballot counters" in Philadelphia will go to work and close the shades and bring in boxes and boxes of "uncounted ballots."

just subtract that amount of votes from democrat candidate in every state, that would encourage them to pass/enforce voter ID laws...

I am very doubtful about this story. Interfering or falsifying an election is ILLEGAL. As in jail time. And, once again, I see no documented evidence being offered.

I've worked election nights. I saw the ballots in locked bags brought in from the polling places to be counted. The bags are opened in a locked room with multiple observers and election officials present. The process is de-centralized with very little opportunity for any unauthorized persons to get access to the ballots.

Just out of curiosity, what does PA law actually say about this?


I can see both sides here, as far as sending out ballots and verifying the ones returned as opposed to not sending out ballots in the first place, but it seems to me like something the PA legislature should address, especially with the Court about to decide Moore v. Harper.
