Trump Stole Top Secret Material on U.S. Nuclear Attack Plans When He Left the White House.

He claims he declassified them. Huh? Why? To give our nuclear attack strategy to his buddy, Vlady?

LOCK HIM UP! And throw away the f*cking key!

The documents, according to the Washington Post, described a foreign nation's ability to attack with nuclear weapons and their ability defend against similar attacks. The country's in question are not mentioned in the report.

(Hint. It's not our allies and North Korea, India and Pakistan have no ability to defend against a U.S. nuclear attack. That leaves only two possibilities: Russia and/or China.)

Trump has also stated that he declassified all of the documents that he took with him to Mar-a-Lago.

AND, he had documents relative to another nation's classified nuclear information. If he "declassified" all the documents, he's in possession of a foreign power's nuclear strategies that anyone on the planet can now read.

No matter which way he turns, he can't escape consequences.

@krf336 Ignoring things you don't want to be true is not rumor. It's denial.
krf336 · M
@Graylight no, a denial is refusing to accept that any of this happened at all. Ignoring rumors is the basis of 'innocent until proof of guilty'. And i havent seen any evidence of wrongdoing (on trumps part) only speculation and rumor.
Insisting there is a crime, when there is no evidence of one, is wishfull thinking.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@krf336 Videotaped unwitting confessions to multiple crimes. Evidence photos. Explanations by cohorts and family members. Affidavits based on evidence and an evidence locker full of seized documents. The "nuclear papers" are an actual thing in evidence.

Again, denial is not just a river in Egypt.

So the washington compost has access to top secret material, eh? interesting
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@ElwoodBlues Amazing how some eddukated folks will believe anything
krf336 · M
@tindrummer no, she cited the daily mail story that was citing a weeks old washington post article. Neither of which cites an actual source.
It also ignores the fact that even the article she cited states they were looking for documents that were "formerly restricted" which implies they knew beforehand that the documents were declassified.
Second, the redacted affadavit that was released doesnt say anything about nuclear secrets and its only news organazions like the daily mail claiming that. The only thing it says is that they wanted to retrieve documents. (Which it appears really werent that important for the last 2 years) the fact that that they were suddenly dangerous 2 months before what looks like a horrible november for a certain half of congress is a head scratcher.
So again. Name a credible source that is not quoting a weeks old report that actually has a source that can be verified.
@krf336

It also ignores the fact that even the article she cited states they were looking for documents that were "formerly restricted" which implies they knew beforehand that the documents were declassified.

That's not what the warrant says.

Look it up. It's "Attachment B Property to be siezed", p. 4 of the 7 pp. originally released.

The only thing it says is that they wanted to retrieve documents. (Which it appears really werent that important for the last 2 years) the fact that that they were suddenly dangerous 2 months before what looks like a horrible november for a certain half of congress is a head scratcher.

No.

The documents were being requested for a long time. The recently-released letter (dated 10 May) from the acting Archivist of the US to Trump's lawyer details some of this, and includes a passage from the DoJ's letter (of 29 April, I think) to Trump's lawyer which details some of what was found.

These are real sources which answer your questions, but can't fix your cult programming.
tindrummer · M
@krf336 still no source for your claim that it was disproved
do you acknowledge that t has broken ANY laws having to do with govt documents including the ones he made a lot stricter?

This should be enough for the DOJ to arrest Trump immediately. It’s also enough to hold that miss peanut judge in Florida on charges and in sentencing on Trump, Death penalty should be sought. This bastard has done irreparable damage to the USA and our Allies will never trust us again.
Lead paragraphs from WaPo

A document describing a foreign government’s military defenses, including its nuclear capabilities, was found by FBI agents who searched former president Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and private club last month, according to people familiar with the matter, underscoring concerns among U.S. intelligence officials about classified material stashed in the Florida property.

Some of the seized documents detail top-secret U.S. operations so closely guarded that many senior national security officials are kept in the dark about them. Only the president, some members of his Cabinet or a near-Cabinet-level official could authorize other government officials to know details of these special-access programs, according to people familiar with the search, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe sensitive details of an ongoing investigation.

Now see Trump's lawyer FAIL TO DENY the report!
Christopher Kise, a lawyer for Trump, decried leaks about the case, which he said “continue with no respect for the process nor any regard for the real truth. This does not serve well the interests of justice.”

“Moreover, the damage to public confidence in the integrity of the system simply cannot be underestimated. The responsible course of action here would be for someone — anyone — in the Government to exercise leadership and control. The Court has provided a sensible path forward which does not include the selective leak of unverifiable and misleading information. There is no reason to deviate from that path if the goal is, as it should be, to find a rational solution to document storage issues which have needlessly spiraled out of control.”

The article wraps up with a brief quote from Trump's attorney general, William Barr:

In an interview that aired Friday, former Trump attorney general William P. Barr said there is no reason classified documents should have been at Mar-a-Lago after Trump was out of office.

“People say this was unprecedented,” Barr told Fox News. “But it’s also unprecedented for a president to take all this classified information and put them in a country club, okay?”

@SW-User It's seems that this specimen is feeling threatened by the prospect that he and his ilk are being outnumbered.

Such a shame🤣🤣🤣

They've been talking about impeaching or prosecuting Trump for five years. I just wish they'd act instead of constant drip feed of minor headlines. Seriously. It's all talk. Put up or shut up.
krf336 · M
@SomeMichGuy i am not sure we are talking about the same thing in this case.

@krf336 I know. You never read the search warrant.

Just that one page will clear it up.

But you'd rather bluster in ignorance.

Done.

Nobody has been told what the FBI took.
But, you claim you know?
@sunsporter1649 Thanks,
But I can tell you already licked it.

@robingoodfellow
you can't think of a legit way to defend the man you love.

You haven't found a legitimate way to accuse him of something.

@krf336 I've made no claims. Zero claims. Nada claims. Fuck all claims.

So what exactly do you want me to provide a source for?
krf336 · M
@room101 see my response to tindrummer.

@krf336 IDIOT!
Good chance those plans have changed.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
And now we see him weaponizing the judges he appointed in order to defend himself.

Scowl at me all you like, @tindrummer. I have said what I have said.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@krf336 With the exception that President Obama did not maliciously appoint mindless stooges to weaponize the government against his political enemies.
krf336 · M
@CorvusBlackthorne are you sure? Authorizing a raid of a former presidents privelidged documents and allowing them to take protected medical and tax records seems pretty malicious?
tindrummer · M
@CorvusBlackthorne are you sure that was me? I agree with you
