How Many Covid Death's Have Occurred Since Biden Took Office?
From the start of the pandemic in early 2020 until Jan. 20, 2021, the day Biden assumed the presidency, there were 424,307 COVID-19 deaths in the U.S. Since then, there have been more than 580,000 COVID-19 deaths. In other words, more COVID-19 deaths have occurred under Biden than under Trump.
The pandemic had barely started by the time Trump left office, it was already in full swing by the time Biden was inaugurated. Also, Biden had more time with the pandemic than Trump did, so of course you should expect more Covid deaths to have occurred during Biden’s presidency. It doesn’t mean Biden did something stupid to make the pandemic worse like Trump did.
Stats say that 80% of the deaths in 2021 were among the unvaccinated. You really can't blame Joe for people refusing vaccine.

Note: since 'Long Covid' occurs in 15% to 25% of Covid cases, that means there is also a 5X higher prevalence of Long Covid per capita among the unvaccinated.

@Experienced33 The vaccines only became widely available in early 2021. If you want to deceive with stats, you could say almost 100% of deaths in 2020 were among the unvaccinated, but since vaccines were unavailable, it would be highly misleading.
In 2021, the delta wave was quite deadly among the unvaccinated, much less so among the vaccinated, so that 80% stat is informative.

I give Biden credit for taking the pandemic seriously rather than downplaying the severity Covid and assuming it will be gone by Easter like Trump did during his presidency. That is one of the many reasons Trump wasn’t re-elected due to his administration’s piss poor job of handeling the pandemic.

Biden did an amazing job of making the vaccine available. It isn't his fault that so many Americans chose not to be vaccinated and/or to ignore all public health measures.
We’ll never know how many actual covid deaths there have been; the numbers reported are wildly over-stated. There are “bounties” paid to hospitals for treating covid patients whose outcome is fatal.
If a patient presents at a hospital with an MI and he tests positive for covid his death, if it occurs, is reported as covid.
after the very first vaccine death. all products should have been pulled. but they covered up the adverse effects. and continued to push mandates. under coercion of unemployment or restricted travel rights.
The pandemic was a tool to try to hurt Trump, there was no concern for the economy, no concern for the health of the people of this country, just how it could be used as a weapon against Trump. Everything the Rhetoric says about the virus, or the vaccines is a political tool. A tool to distract voters from the true issues at hand.

My statement is pretty clear about the pandemic being used as a tool to disparage Trump. Nothing about being created, just used. What you are doing is intellectually dishonest. @gol979 When this all started, it was democrats fighting to shut down the economy, it was democrats wanting a lockdown spewing fatality rates of 5-10-15-possibly 20 %. Fauci and the CDC were backing up the ridiculous fatality rates. I didn't have a problem with a vaccine to get things moving again, then Biden tried to take credit for Warp Speed results and then tried to mandate a vaccine for everyone. I don't see Trump as a bad guy for working with the professional agencies in place to deal with this kind of problem. Now 2 years into this, a million people dead from Covid-19, a fatality rate of 2/10 of a percent. It isn't what they said it was, not as deadly, not much worse than the flu. Certain demographics like the elderly it hit much harder, this was obvious from the beginning, but were the elderly ever warned of their poor chances of surviving it, nope, covid infected people were placed in nursing homes. The democrats driving the bus focused on young people and children. They are still trying to get children vaccinated, even though studies now are showing that especially young people are having problems with their heart at rates of up to 20%, not just irregular heartbeat, but actual damage to the heart confirmed by the presence of enzymes in the blood that confirm heart damage. Trump did what any concerned leader would do, the democrats didn't try to do anything but bash Trump.

Infectious diseases invariably produce variants. Some variants will be more transmissible and deadlier than others, such as the Delta variant that created twice as many hospitalizations as the Alpha variant, and the Omicron variant that was even more transmissible than that.
For the sake of comparison, imagine a boxing match where one fighter is twice as big and strong as their opponent. Then imagine blaming the smaller fighter because he didn't do as well as when he fought someone in his own weight class.
