@Coffeequilt non citizens in multiple states from florida to arizona banned frok voting. Some counties allow LOCAL voting but not official state and presidential voting

@Prison1203 Fake 'legal' documents and ID are big business in the illegal migrant underworld.
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
@DffrntDrmmr I know this, and there are also ways to override that, such as watermarks like on driver’s license
Ontheroad · M
What is all this arguing? There has never been, and to this date, isn't any proof anywhere that the outcome of any major election has been changed by the odd illegal vote here and there.
Not to mention that as a result of the orange's guys whining, several recounts were done and several hearings before a judge were conducted... others just thrown out. No proof, none.
About the only thing that can make a significant difference is gerrymandering. So yeah, guess who is doing the gerrymandering as we speak?

@AthrillatheHunt You support preventing the more destitute immigrants from entering the United States, then? Let them starve because they haven't $8,000 to their name, let alone to spare on entry fees?
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@CorvusBlackthorne I support the rule of law , nothing more nothing less .
It doesn’t make me unempatheric to the plight of others . My dad was the first of his family born here , the son of destitute (legal) immigrants .

CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@AthrillatheHunt Immigration law discriminates against the poor and destitute, sir. Unless we reform it, those poor and destitute will continue to find less than legal means of entry.

@JesseInTX
I don’t care what you believe.
That is objectively false, as is evidenced by your appeal to emotion fallacy.
JesseInTX · 51-55, M
@CorvusBlackthorne I don’t care what you believe is in response to you saying you don’t believe me. Nothing more, nothing less. You really are a horrible person. Twisting words, even to the person who spoke them, to push a narrative.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@JesseInTX I have not twisted your words in the slightest. I simply point out that your anecdotal fallacy and your appeal to emotion fallacy are not evidence that such ballots exist.

CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@Driver2 I find it amusing that you are obliged to search through history all the way to the 1860s in your quest to prove racism in the Democratic party. Now let's see which party contains the most Confederate sympathizers in 2022, shall we?
Driver2 · M
@CorvusBlackthorne their were kkk grandmasters in the democrat party up till the 70s.
So don’t try that 1860 crap in me .

There is only a certain number of illegal immigrants allowed to enter the United States each year and pursue citizenship. But the Democrats will be more than happy to allow as many illegals to enter the country and then offer them a path to amnesty. It’s estimated this year alone over 15 million immigrants undocumented most not from Mexico. We don’t know who people are yes immigration needs to be reformed I will agree with that. My personal view is if someone shows up at our border and they have documents to prove who they are and they are a lawful citizen of their current country then I think they should be issued a two-year visa if they’re able to become a success in the United States apply for the ten year visa. But the Democrats don’t want to fix the system if they wanted to fix the system they could do it right now. They have the majority in the house and the senate and there’s more than enough Republicans that would support that and I have the White House they just have to keep reminding Biden is the president.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@dale74 I grant you one hour to provide evidence for any of your claims, sir.
Sighs. Why are they "racist" for just parroting the party line when they've swallowed it hook, line and sinker and "subjectively believe" in whatever crap they're fed?
Don't you know some Republicans are blacks married to white women, some are Hispanic and some even love ducks?

CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@MistyCee I thank you for this comment. It forces me to clarify what I meant to say. I refer to the politicians within the Republican party. You are correct in observing that not all Republican voters are racist.
JesseInTX · 51-55, M
@CorvusBlackthorne you can’t split the two. If say Republican politicians are racist then you imply/believe that anyone who’s supports them is racist. And if you believe either one of those statements then you’re a damn fool. You should delete this post if you truly believe not all Republican voters aren’t racist.
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
You do know that India, Mexico and other countries require voter ID cards and I do believe that we are a hell of a lot more prosperous than they are, and what’s expensive about them? It’s simple, you want to vote, go get an ID, you have to have one to buy alcohol, cigarettes, get a bank account, get SNAP, get any utility put in your name, get a drivers license, and many other things, you’re the racist one for even suggesting that minority voters cannot go get an ID, thanks for showing who the democrats really are
DffrntDrmmr · M
@Prison1203 In my state, state-issued ID for US citizens eligible to vote is mandated by law to cost nothing — $0.00.
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
@DffrntDrmmr as it should be for the whole country, no non citizens can get one, have to prove citizenship
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@DffrntDrmmr Congratulations. Not every state follows suit, nor will they until they are legally required to.
i know. they think it's logic. they believe it's true. that's the fucked part. idk if they're just monsters. i guess people are just stupid. or they have somewhere deep inside that they are going to benefit from a president like Dump. which would make them just as evil.
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
What laws have been passed preventing certain people from voting?
You mean like convicted felons ?
You mean like convicted felons ?
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@Mistakesmakeus the constitution prevents non citizens from voting , not the RNC dude . Lol
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@AthrillatheHunt Numerous laws have been passed under the pretense of making voting fair, but have actually made it harder for certain people to vote. Nothing to do with non-citizens.
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@LordShadowfire “pass laws preventing certain groups from voting “ was what the OP said .
I said no such law exists , except convicted felons .
The OP then mentioned undocumented immigrants.
You now say laws make it HARDER (not illegal) for certain groups to vote .
I agree that presenting a valid ID makes it harder to vote than not having to present one .

Who do you think came up with gerrymandering Democrats look at the state of California New York and look at their Congressional districts talk about way out you have one in New York that goes almost 20 miles out of the way just to include that representatives house.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@dale74 Whoever invented the practice, Republicans have perfected it.
dale74 · M
@CorvusBlackthorne The two states I spoke of are both fully in the Democrat hands.
laotzu92 · 70-79, M
As often, you make an extraordinarily biased and inaccurate post. The most extreme gerrymander attempt this cycle was in New York State by Democrats. It was so beyond the pale that a heavily Democratic Court of Appeals threw it out.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@laotzu92 The most extreme example, perhaps, but the majority of gerrymandering has historically been carried out by Republicans.
laotzu92 · 70-79, M
@CorvusBlackthorne starting with Elbridge Gerry-who gave it the name?
Single polling site in Dodge City, Kan., will suppress votes
current population of Dodge City, Kansas is 27,878 . that is one place for 27k of people..
Dodge City's decision to use just one polling location on Election Day is a blatant bid to reduce turnout in this western Kansas town.

That's why they don't want mail-in ballots either. Even their fearless leader stated that if they allow mail-in voting that they will never win another election

@ReneeT Precisely so.
