Only a racist Republican refers to an executive order allowing access to voting as a "steal".

This is because Republicans know that if they allow minorities to vote in a fair, unbiased election, they will lose. And so they gerrymander the districts, past laws preventing certain persons from voting in certain areas, require expensive voter ID cards, and otherwise rig the elections, all the while hysterically shouting that the Democrats are doing the same.

ID cards arw free, sorry. Only American citizens should vote for the US President, again sorry.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@Coffeequilt I am unaware of any location which identification cards are free. They are 40 dollars in Oregon, so I wish to know in which state you live.
@Coffeequilt theres no "free" ID that is recognized officially by the us government. Most are pretty up there at 40 or 50 depending. Passports are recognized but again.. not free. Sure you can make one up and thats free but like thatll ever get you anywhere
JesseInTX · 51-55, M
@CorvusBlackthorne Texas and Florida gives free IDs if you can prove you’re a citizen, Georgia charges $10 I believe with the same stipulation.
Coffeequilt · 51-55, F
@CorvusBlackthorne Virginia IS free. But $10 is expensive?
@JesseInTX florida can give out free state issue ID BUT you have to prove that youre homeless with a signature by the homeless shelter proving youre residing there
JesseInTX · 51-55, M
@Mistakesmakeus wrong. And for your comment to @Coffeequilt about an ID being recognized “by the US Government” that has nothing to do with the right to vote. States determine what is an acceptable ID. And the free IDs are there to allow people to have an ID that qualifies. Educate yourself.
Coffeequilt · 51-55, F
@JesseInTX Actually i am right, but thanks for playing
@JesseInTX as far as i know about this there is NO free id for the state of Florida to register to vote unless you work for the state itself or a government branch with employee identification. College id works too but *gasp* college is expensive even for the affordable ones.
JesseInTX · 51-55, M
@Coffeequilt uhm, didn’t I agree with you?
Coffeequilt · 51-55, F
@JesseInTX Didn't really understand what you said
JesseInTX · 51-55, M
@Mistakesmakeus then maybe you shouldn’t listen to news networks and talking points before you form an opinion.
JesseInTX · 51-55, M
@Coffeequilt do you now?
@JesseInTX im not forming an opinion this is straight through the state website. There are no free state issued state recognized IDs that are free unless you can absolutely prove that youre homeless. Want to pay? Cough up the 25 dollars plus the 6.25 state fee. 16 a replacement
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
@Coffeequilt only American citizens are allowed to vote period
@Prison1203 yep, its almost impossible for an illegal to vote without jumping through massive hurdles to do so. Even actual fraud was caught like that one guy who voted for his mom to see if he would get caught. He voted republican for her and got caught
Coffeequilt · 51-55, F
@Prison1203 nope. Look at New York.
@Coffeequilt that was struck down so your point is not valid
Coffeequilt · 51-55, F
@Mistakesmakeus um, no it wasn't. Sorry, but thanks for your input.
@Coffeequilt In his ruling, State Supreme Court Justice Ralph Porzio said the ordinance violated the state constitution, which protects the voting rights only of U.S. citizens.
@Coffeequilt non citizens in multiple states from florida to arizona banned frok voting. Some counties allow LOCAL voting but not official state and presidential voting
@Prison1203 Fake 'legal' documents and ID are big business in the illegal migrant underworld.
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
@DffrntDrmmr I know this, and there are also ways to override that, such as watermarks like on driver’s license
