Ahh. The many shades on contempt

So Trump ponied up roughly half of the fines he's incurred for refusing to obey court orders to produce documents, but he hasn't done the full Monty and put into black and white what his excuse/rationale for not having documents to produce is.

Admittedly, these affidavits are tough even if they're in destruction in the course of business stuff, but why can't Trump's lawyers just admit that he knows he doesn't give a shit about right and wrong and just destroys everything because he's sure anyone but he would object to his contempt for everyone and everything but himself.

Or, did they draft the affidavits and is he getting cold feet about signing them?

I think people are more concerned about the idiot in the Whitehouse now than they are about Trump.

@ron122 Now who is triggered? We get that this President isnt going to save America. But a well meaning idiot who take advice and has a team arounf him is still better than a failed Snake oil salesman who focused on his ego, feathering his nest and keeping foregn creditors from foreclosing on him when giving his family jobs.😷

At a passing glance, I misread the title of this post as "50 Shades of Contempt."

@LvChris Yeah, but his followers see his resistance to responsibility and morality as a virtue.
Realistically, there's a lot to be said for the idea he had no choice to go into politics/religion.
