I wouldn't put it past this country. We can't seem to move beyond candidates born in the 1940s. They'll still be running in their 90s.

I'll agree that using a 9 year old list to send ballots may be a problem, but only a fraction of those people will have died since then. A big portion won't be used if the addressee is no longer alive or no longer lives there. Another segment won't receive their ballot because they no longer live on that address and won't vote to offset that.
Just that still doesn't say anything. How many ballots were used by the wrong people? How many of those went to Biden and how many to Trump? How many people were unable to vote because they didn't receive their own ballot? How many of those would have voted for Trump or Biden if they were able to?
This certainly raises questions, but doesn't prove fraud or an accidental different outcome. If all of that is well documented too, please share a link. I'm genuinely curious now.

@ididntknow very simple. The identity of people who voted is registered and so are deaths. It's not hard to cross reference those records to compile a list of people who were dead when their ballot was sent in. Just show me a report about how many people are on that list.
