Should democratic states and counties pay welfare to republican states and counties

Democratic states and counties are in generell signficantly more educated and wealthier than republican ones thus federal and state taxes payed in by democratic states and counties subsidies republican ones is this fair.

@ron122 Yet most Red States take more in Federal money than they pay in. Seems Red States are all welfare states.

@ron122 In fact that is not true....or even close. The highest per capita county..97% on welfare is in Kentucky. Two counties over from where McTurtle lives. They are his District....and yet when he rants how bad socialism is...they vote for him again. Too clueless and uneducated to know their handouts is what McTurtle wants to end. Look up Red states vs Blue states for welfare dollars. Do it. Learn something.
