Which is worse : The US Supreme Court or The Taliban Supreme Council ?

Burnley123 · 41-45, M
That is harsh.

US Supreme Court Judges stay for life whereas the Taliban can change them.

The Evangelicals who elected Trump, who then appointed the Sharia laws minded justices. Let's put the blame where it belongs.

@Strictgram
Unfortunate you don't believe in the US Constitution. Fortunately 5 Justices do.
I'm sure you think this means something. It does not, but stupid does what stupid does.

@Northwest It means you don't believe in the Constitution but 5 or 6 justices do . That's as simple as I can make it.

Oh look, how cute. You heart your own comments, but no one else does. That's how much your comments make sense. Not surprising, because the court did NOT rule on the Constitutionality of the Texas law.

The majority opinion was unsigned and consisted of a single long paragraph. It said the abortion providers who had challenged the law in an emergency application to the court had not made their case in the face of “complex and novel” procedural questions. The majority stressed that it was not ruling on the constitutionality of the Texas law and did not mean to limit “procedurally proper challenges” to it.

Try writing something that makes sense. You may get a heart for it from someone other than yourself. 🤣😂

I'm pretty upset at the current Supreme Court, but I think I'd be very upset if I were one of those poor bastards living under totalitarian rule, and seeing a bunch of westerners compare that to our cushy little secular oligarchy, just sayin'.

I'll give it to the US supreme court after Kavanaugh blatantly lied about his stance on Roe v Wade. The Taliban are, if anything, honest.

Probably still the Taliban Supreme Council although the Supreme Court has come out with some bizarre ones lately. Including effectively dabbling in foreign policy outside their own powers.

Old Mother Hubbard went to the cupboard to get her dog a bone. But when she bent over Rover drove her. Seems Rover had a bone of his own!

No safe abortion,
No leadership-. Both countries have both.

You're worse. Because you have been [big][big][big]INDOCTRINATED[/big][/big][/big] and don't see how.

The Supreme Court by far. They are educated.

Does the Taliban have a supreme court? It seems like the gop in the US supreme court are fine with a state's right to slide into sharia law.
That depends on the individual members of the US Supreme Court. So I guess I would say the Taliban Supreme Court is worse, because you can't get a different political stance by putting new judges in seats like you can with the US Supreme Court.
