Which is worse : The US Supreme Court or The Taliban Supreme Council ?

That depends on the individual members of the US Supreme Court. So I guess I would say the Taliban Supreme Court is worse, because you can't get a different political stance by putting new judges in seats like you can with the US Supreme Court.
