@OggggO so in theory they could arrive announce Trump is elected on a landslide then he gives them a pardon and its all sorted Supreme Court will dismiss any appeal as they are loaded for Trump....

@SW-User Not quite. Presidential pardon powers only apply to federal laws, and the Supreme Court can only take on cases that make their way up the appeal chain.

@cherokeepatti Well, in the last election, there were at least 18 million fewer votes, and far far fewer mail in ballots, which for some fucking reason many states legislated were not allowed to be tallied before election day.

@Stereoguy For good reason... he's a demagogue. His speeches, his way of handeling cases, it's all aimed on polarising issues. To divide and conquer by calling the side he likes less, idiots. Then after 4 years comming to the conclussion that there is verry little to no love for the other side? Well, that's a direct consequence of how he choice to do politics. Actions have consequences, that's something this entire Trump movement has a serious issue with.

The entire process is still going. But so far there is no evidence that the so called "voter fraud" is so big, that it would change the election results. People are reaching for straws, so they can cope with their cognitive dissonance. Trump should be the mature actor here, accept defeat and move out. But because Trump can't deal with consequences, he has to play the martyr and make his base feel sorry for him, because he's the poor victim of his own polarising way of doing stuff.
