Nope. Zonavar68 brings up a great example. Because Trump's first concern is himself and his image, he needed to make it look like everything was find. To that end, he first suggested that COVID was a Democrat hoax. Then he pretended that COVID wasn't a problem...and then pretended it wasn't a [i]big[/i] problem and so on, utterly mishandling the pandemic at the cost of thousands of American lives.
