Why are just about all conservatives old white men?

There are conservatives of all genders and colors but yeah, the majority are white and male. It's because they benefit most from conservative policies.

Nobody likes losing their advantage. The only way to keep your advantage is setting the rules and keeping everyone else down.

It's the phenomenon of the shrinking White Man's power. That's the fallacy, anyway. Old white men like what they have, mostly because they didn't need to work for a lot of it. They see anybody else reaching equal ground as somehow stepping higher and they can't have fairness all across the board. They would no longer be special. Or powerful. Or influential. So they vote for the candidates most likely to inhibit change, protect the status quo and pander to the mainstream middle class white American.

Because we have cool toys with the money we had by not giving it to everyone that thinks it’s owed to them

i work with a few black women that are very conserative, i would not want to call them old white men. and they voted for trump and will again.
