Why are just about all conservatives old white men?

I don't understand conservatives of color or conservative women. I grew up among them and I still do not understand being so against one's own.

@Doomflower I'm not sure why. He'll say blatantly racist and sexist things, but they just ignore it. Why would anyone ever support someone that looks down on them?
