Why are you asking? I might know something if I knew what your condition is.
I've tried all natural remedies, and none of them are strong enough for me. They are basically useless. People don't like to hear this but only opiates make me functional. They don't even kill all the pain, just about half of it, then I still need my cane to walk.
However everyone is not me, and many can get help with herbs and other things.

Devil's Claw is an herbal supplement that is supposed to be a great anti-inflammatory. It upsets your stomach, so eat something before taking it.
Ice your back immediately if you feel pain beyond what you normally feel. I purchased a large ice/heat combination pad, which you can freeze. It really helps to ice an injured area.
I used to go to the chiropractor, but I discovered that if I lay on my stomach and held on to the headboard, I could put my entire right leg over the side of the bed and hang it there for a while, and my lower back would crack just as the chiropractor had done with it, in the same place. This would provide relief for an entire day.

@cherokeepatti Every herb I have found that is supposed to be a great anti-inflammatory upsets my stomach. I wonder if it is just a trait of that kind of herb.

@4meAndyou I’ve used Boswellia and it also has a warning that it could upset the stomach but I eat something with it and it doesn’t hurt me.

@cherokeepatti I have some herbal remedies that take whatever I eat, and eat right through it...😵. So I can't take anything regularly. I just have to realize that my stomach is an unhappy place, and deal with it.

I found out taking collagen supplements help greatly with my back pain (and other joints too). My neck & spine was making noises that no human should hear.

@SW-User are you in constant pain

@SW-User I had lower back pain for the last 5 years of my job that got worse, it let up a bit after I retired. One day I bought a case of bottled water & picked it up out of the back of my car & it set my back off something terrible for a month.I was sleeping in my recliner because there was no sleeping position to get comfortable enough for me. I was reading about boswellia helping pain for someone else & decided to buy 2 bottles, one for him & another to try for myself. Took less than 2 hours for that pain to become a memory. The joint pain was spread out so much & different because I must have worn the cartilage down in my joints.
