I have used TracFone for years and had a similar problem with old flip phones made by Motorola. I had to replace them. See what company made your phone and check on Google for posts about that model.

Shoulda put it in a bag of rice after washing and rinsing it and drying it after it fell in the toilet .. should be more careful might have to get a new phone .. i used to just buy used iphones on ebay.. my hub got me a new one tho 😁

Put it in a bag of raw (uncooked) rice (you can put rice in a Ziploc sandwich bag or quart-sized bag).
