I can go on without my phone for many hours. And it did happen to me.

Weeks, until tells me they've been trying to call me, which almost never happens

Please remember most of us lived when cellphones never existed. And even landline phones were rarely used.

Longest for me have been three-week holidays with no connection by portable 'phone, landline 'phone or Internet. Nor come to that, radio and newspapers.

Otherwise, one to two weeks, portable telephone only (no Internet connection) apart from two or three brief calls simply to arrange meeting friends. And once to call the car breakdown & recovery service.

I don’t have one ☝ 🕺. How name years has it been since they been on the market 🤔

I'm not considering that use of a tablet or computer as a substitute is fair with this question. I think you mean all internet/communication devices. For me, a couple of hours is fine then I'm checking messages and scrolling again.

The 10 hours that I'm asleep. Other than that it's rarely out of my hand for more than a few minutes

well i’ve been in a psych ward for a month and wasn’t able to have a phone.. i was pretty fine without it 🤷🏻

I don't think I get even one real call a month. I hate to talk on the phone. There is no life to be lived on an electronic device.

If it weren't for work, I could go for weeks without looking at my cell.

Forever if I need to. I just leave the damn thing everywhere. I only joined the smartphone wave AFTER I joined this site. Before that I was at my desktop I think

I’m good at walking away from communication devices. I get scolded for this regularly.
