Anyone else allergic to dog licks?

My lil guy can give me a couple licks and it’s ok, but if I let him groom me my skin scabs over on the spot within 24 hours

@Zaphod42 That was a month or two ago now. It's healed up, still a dull shade of the colour you see here though.
