Might be an odd question to some, but our pet can often be one of the closest to us. As I don't have any friends and my main contacts are family, Tabitha is a wonderful companion. I love her quiet nature, independent spirit and affectionate personality. She was a little wild when I first found her, very alone and scared. Now she has such a calming presence, purring contentedly and I could not be without her. Maybe this is something only cat owners understand?
I've had both dogs and cats. I love both. Dogs have owners, but cats have servants..LOL 😄. All the cats I've had, have loved me, there's no doubt.... however, I've noticed the degree of love is most times dependant on the quality and quantity and immediacy of the service they receive!... Moods also play into their love at any given moment. I know I'm always a servant first and a loved one second...LOL 🤣😄
