What I don't understand about myself is that I hate gore and creep core,

But Watership Down was one of my favourite movies growing up,
And I still love that movie 🤔

Maybe it just had a different vibe?

Sure it was messed up, but a different type of messed up?

I didn't enjoy the gory parts,
But I dunno, there was just something deep about it

I worked with a woman in a bookstore who read Watership Down outloud to her pet rabbit.

@hunkalove well obviously she's working on her public speaking skills......

Watership Down really isn't that bad in terms of violence anyway. It has what, a few scenes of actual bloody violence? Each of them pretty brief, if I remember right. The rest of the movie, while dark at parts, is pretty tame. If it didn't have those few gory moments, people wouldn't even be talking about how violent and disturbing it supposedly is.

The movie was good but the book had more depth to it

Don't ever watch the Terrifier franchise.

@Levenrack That's pretty good. I have number 3 but haven't had a chance to watch it yet.
