Are you a great story teller, or do you get lost halfway thru what you are telling people?

I write stories - and get good feedback.

I rarely tell anecdotes unless asked.
I keep it brief and to the point.

A good raconteur can keep people entertained for hours,
but I'm not that.

I have a reputation as a good story teller. It is a family trait passed down through the generations.

Me:

I definitely start telling a mini story that deters from the original one but eventually get back to the original so I tell around 3 stories at the same time so probably not

I always seem to forget one part

I get lost.

I get inspired

Yeah I get lost in what I’m telling ppl 16 seconds after I start.

I’m definitely a complete nut job.
