Emotional intelligence. I’ve met several men who were so brilliant in that regard I barely noticed what they actually looked like.

@JustNik That’s been my experience, too.
@JustNik @bijouxbroussard If only emotional intelligence came in sweater vests, I’d be wearing them all of the time 😏
bijouxbroussard · F
@Ghostinthemachine I suspect you possess it anyway. 😊

Somewhere down the line, you really need a baseline level of physical attractiveness. Like a lady don't need a pair of D cups and hourglass figure and perfect skin, but if I don't like looking at them, not a whole lot to be done about that.
That said... if they're decently pretty, high emotional intelligence will easily bump them up to S-tier even without any other strengths.

Emotional intelligence by far.
The men who compulsively jump from one woman's pic to the next on SW or elsewhere online give evidence of how fleeting the connection with physical appeal is.
I have known plenty of people with impressive academic careers. Some of them are very nice people and some are arrogant jerks. The academic career is impressive for academic reasons, but balancing that career with the rest of life is what becomes appealing about the person.
And that latter quality brings us back to emotional intelligence.

Emotionally intelligent. I’m not a stickler for “they need a great career etc” as long as they work. Looks GENUINELY aren’t important to me. It’s easy for me to find legitimately anyone physically attractive if I like who they are (bit of a Demi sexual) and emotional intelligence is just super attractive

Attractive for what? Planning a life with or a careless Sunday morning fap?

An emotionally intelligent person.

On first meeting you wouldn’t know much about them so it’s physically attractive but physically attractive also means, smiling, being polite and a sense of humour helps. Emotional intelligence is the second most important.

Physical appeal attracts me more than any other factor, but there has to be a lot between the ears for me to hang around. Academic career is a total nonfactor for me. Maybe I have been around too many Ph.D.s.
Of these 3; emotional IQ! Hands down! It is already well demonstrated that the most 'successful' individuals have very high emotional IQ! They can persuade anyone of anything!

I think in the short term physically appealing for a lasting relationship emotionally intelligent.
The academic career makes no difference.

I'm glad some of these people are more sapiosexuals. That means I have a chance. 🫠
