Are you struggling with some guilt?

Aren't we all? I think it means we've lived, loved, worked, and tried.

Every day. I feel guilty I couldn't stop my dad from committing suicide. I feel guilty when when kids were stolen by their dad for 2 years. I feel guilty for declining my sisters call repeatedly right before she was killed in an accident. I live with guilt every day and some days I handle it better than others

No, I am pretty well guilt free presently. Between apologizing to those in person or via whatever means I could find them through my own PSTD counseling right now I feel pretty guilt free, but I know there is always that moment around the next corner too when I mess up.

In actuality, I feel like I'm carrying a Burden of Failure every time I see a response from my Manager. My Manager is failing, but blaming us.

I wish I could just say F them and forget about them, but that's not my nature.
