Pretty sure I shared this opinion here in the past, but

It never fails to amaze me how the same people who preach about mental health awareness are the same people treating others like dirt enough that they contemplate self deletion.

This includes professionals.
No wonder people don't reach out for help,

Sure the 80s had its problems, but not like today, especially with social media and watching every move you make, possibly waiting to destroy your livelihood

In the 80s, if you did something cringe, people rarely had a camera, and eventually you would live it down.

but internet is forever.

and I mean... politics is enough to send anyone insane these days too😂
