So i am confused to call and text her that i planning to visit her city. Or should I just go there and tell her? Its a big risk since i don't know even if she would respond. 😐

If you're only going there to see her and she doesn't know about your plan or respond somehow then simply don't do it. Most likely, it will come across as creepy/stalkerish behavior — and you will be heartbroken. If she acknowledges you & agrees to meet and/or you have other things to do in that city then fine.

First, why are you visiting her city?

If it's not for her, then tell her including why you are visiting the city.

If it's strictly for her, then, um, kinda might her permission first, or know that she would want to meet, etc.

Tell her you are planning to visit her city.. And just allow her to react.. If there is no reaction then just move on..
