I sadly think that person might struggle with extreme mental problems. Not saying this to spite them or look down on them. But I have seen them make claims and attack other people in a manner that might suggest schiz or DID.

That person seems a bit far gone. You might want to block and report. That’s too much even if it’s a trolling attempt. It crosses the line.
