Just once so far, aside from a few minor singes. I was serving a cocktail that needed to be lit at tableside, and to make it even worse...it happened the one time my brother visited me there on the Outer Banks. He and his future wife were sitting at a nearby table.

I think only once when a friend was pinging the matches off the box lighting them up. 😅
