Warwick Davis was my favorite for a long time. The movies got a lot of things wrong, but what they got right is that leprechauns are not happy, friendly little fellas. They're grumpy guys who just want to sit alone with their whiskey bottles and their pipes.

Brian Froud, the English artist who designed characters for the film Labyrinth, is the master of fairy art.
