Are you one of those very fair skinned folks that refuse the sun block when I offer it to you? I tan fairly well and easy, yet I know to limit my sun exposure and to use sun block, and I am never too proud to ask for sun block either.
Yes, I burn quite easily early in the year, but simply forget to use sun screen. After that skin is healed though, I can handle more for the rest o of the summer, and it's a sufficient reminder to use sunblock more often.
@SW-User I agree, but where I am coming from is seeing folks disregard the sun and turn into miserable lobsters. I try and offer help out of compassion for what they are going to face later that evening and days to folow.
