Possible Alien Sightings

I wonder why we don't really hear about Alien UFO sightings anymore. They were getting fairly common and increasing for several years then it seems they just stopped.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
Great question. Shouldn't we be seeing MORE of these since everyone has a video camera in their phone with them at almost all times.

Yet it seems like these things peaked in the 90's
Nunki · 31-35, F
Maybe the aliens are aware of our technology so they are more careful now? Lol

Anyways. I was just watching a documentary about UFOs on Netflix. One notable incident with (what appears to be real) footage is from Fukushima, Japan after the nuclear explosion in 2011.

@Nunki Some aliens seem very curious or concerned about our nuclear capabilities. They were often seen around nuclear bomb test sites and nuclear power plants as well as military bases where nuclear weapons are stored.
Nunki · 31-35, F
True. That was highlighted in the documentary but it was mentioned that the aliens were trying to help. In one incident the radiation level went down significantly after the UFOs were seen. Also, contrary to the norm, many people felt a warm sensation of peace.

Personally I don't believe or disbelieve in aliens per se. However, I do believe that some UFO sightings are real. There are many different explanations behind those mysterious UAPs. If someone came up to me and said they saw one, I wouldn't mock them or call them crazy.

Alien and Sasquatch sightings follow the same path, blurry images that are impossible to identify!!
3Dogmatic · 46-50, M
I spotted aliens today, they were trimming my neighbors trees.

…oh wait, not that kind of alien…

My bad
exexec · 61-69, C
I only saw one UFO (UAP) and that was almost 50 years ago. I don't spend much time outside at night now, so I don't expect to see another one. Maybe most people are just staying indoors.
exexec · 61-69, C
@Nunki Single white light. It was in the 1970's before lasers were common.
Nunki · 31-35, F
It must be such a precious memory @exexec
exexec · 61-69, C
@Nunki Certainly unforgettable.
They've given up on humanity
Degbeme · 70-79, M
@MsSwan Haven`t we all? 🤔
@Degbeme Yeppers

A bit like Scotland and the Loch Ness monster...when tourism goes down in an area these things make an appearance
I think they’re miniaturizing themselves snd getting into and flying drones…at least here in NJ.
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
Well, people eventually realise that nonsensical claims are just that - nonsensical.
Tumbleweed · F
They're all here
Tumbleweed · F
@Nitedoc I absolutely agree that we're not the only ones in this galaxy tho.
Nitedoc · 51-55, M
@Tumbleweed And this little galaxy is just one of billions out there. We are constantly finding out the cosmos is bigger than we thought before. Our galaxy, the milky way galaxy, is thought to be around 100,000 light years across. As fast as light moves, 186,000 miles per SECOND, it would take a beam of light 100,000 years to cross our galaxy. It's unbelievable how small this little planet is in all of the cosmos. It's just ridiculous to think we earthlings are the only intelligent life anywhere out there.
Tumbleweed · F
@Nitedoc Exactly. I'm always looking at the sky at night, amazed and wondering...
hunkalove · 61-69, M
They got smart.
Crazywaterspring · 61-69, M
Everyone has a video camera in their pocket. Every time a cop kills someone it's all over the internet.

These sightings seem to have stopped for regular civilians.
I think it's because for a long time, there was this big debate over if visitors are real. But now, we pretty much all agree they are.
NinaCherry · 26-30, F
@BohemianBabe we meaning who?
Right...a couple of years ago, the whole project blue beam got a second wind. Gotta think that was something to distract the public.
Or kids fallen into wells, trapped miners, crop circles... it's become a dull world.
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
There has been tons over the last week.
BeepBeep · F
They walk among us now
SandWitch · 26-30, F
@BeepBeep
...does one of them have orange hair and a red neck tie?
Maybe they watch tv and decided Earth/humanity isn't worth investing in anymore?

I mean, if you were a super advanced being - would you ?😂

Donald Trump is still campaigning because he doesn't know the Vietnam war is over either, so it could be Trump we see lurking in a field with a headlamp on his forehead.
