It's kind of dependent on if they are offended or not. If they are cool about it then it's no big deal. But if they are embarrassed or offended, then I want to cover up.
Depends completely upon context. It's embarrassing if not intended or expected. I'm more worried about having upset someone else's sensibilities or looking foolish.
Having had medical complications that required doctors and nurses to see me bottomless has largely eliminated any actual shame around nudity. I just avoid it to be respectful of others.
@SW-User I've had several. Drinking the preparation is worse than the procedure, I can promise you. If you are offered sedation, take it. I had two done without sedation. It wasn't nice.
