How do you learn to be comfortable being nude around other adults?

It's something I've never really figured out, along with plenty of more sexual things I feel I have never properly understood.

Me Personally, The only person who i would feel comfortable being fully nude around is my spouse. If for some reason a situation arose where i needed to i would start off with lingerie and remove certain items as i became more comfortable.

That's just it! It's about DEsexualizing the experience. Doesn't need to end in sex. It's just another human in their more natural form.

When i started using nude beaches, it was simple enough to relate with other nudists. When i met clothed people, mostly I never mentioned my nakedness, and that was fine.

Being comfortable wearing only your own skin while around other adults is something that has to be introduced early to you in life, such as coming from a cultural upbringing that has a very open-minded attitude toward the human body. You will not find that open-minded attitude in western cultures, by the way!

To start into public nudity at your current age, would be like learning how to downhill ski at the age of 55, rather than 5.
