@wonkywinky I hear you but there are some pretty valid reasons. Sometimes people get involved because they want a world without ideological/religious wars and the deaths of innocent people. And there's a lot of Palestinians and Israeli's living where you mentioned. And I'm not sure about the EU but the U.S. provides a whole lot money to Israel. It's also the lone Democracy in the region and that has implications. So while people aren't there physically a lot still have some skin in the game. But there's an enormous difference between being in the middle of something and standing on the sidelines many miles away.

@Justice4All Yeah. It will. It's their money but it can ONLY be spent on food, medicine and other humanitarian needs as part of the sanctions agreement.
