The NATO guideline for defense spending by member nations is 2% of GDP.
Canada spends 1.37% of its GDP on defense, putting it 27th out of 31 members. 🙄

It does not work this way . Statistic will show weapons delivered and payed for. US is making 80 billions per year on arms sells.
