Some of the worst offenders in NATO funding arrears might surprise you. The same is true with the highest contributors. FYI, the agreed upon contribution is 2% of GPD. Guess who worst offenders are based on 2021 figures (before Ukraine War). Choose the worst slackers from the list.

After 20 poll submissions, I'll post the actual list for 2021 and 2024 of offenders and champions.

I think Denmark is the best (as a percentage of GDP) on your list, and France is ok, but Canada is a huge slacker.

@Thinkerbell Denmark was a total slacker in 2021. They've come around since the start of the war. France was also behind in 2021 but not by much. They've come around too, but just barely.

The countries that (by and large) contribute the most are the ones situated closest to Russia. No surprise there; they know the Russians' tender mercies best.

The NATO guideline for defense spending by member nations is 2% of GDP.

Canada spends 1.37% of its GDP on defense, putting it 27th out of 31 members. 🙄
