Some of the worst offenders in NATO funding arrears might surprise you. The same is true with the highest contributors. FYI, the agreed upon contribution is 2% of GPD. Guess who worst offenders are based on 2021 figures (before Ukraine War). Choose the worst slackers from the list.

France & Germany are 4-5 times the size of the UK - land mass AND population - yet the UK pays in $65B ... whilst Germany ONLY pays in $3B more and France pays in $9B LESS
