Well, it HAS been proven that most of the recent so-called "conspiracy theories" regarding the shenanigans in government, (which government has previously denied vigorously by calling the reporting "conspiracy theories"), are actually true. In other words, yesterday's "conspiracy theory" is today's 6:00 pm news.
However, I do NOT apply this sort of realization of truth to my family or to everyone. THAT would be paranoia.

A "conspiracy theory" is any idea that goes against whatever narrative about a particular topic is beneficial and therefore enforced by the state, on any given day. And what is beneficial one day may be detrimental the next, and so what is deemed a "conspiracy theory" changes on a day-by-day basis, an ever changing present, enforced by the state.

It's called paranoia.

I believe conspiracy theories some expose truths, otherwise they wouldn't exist.
They call them conspiracy theories cause maybe they are the truth and call them that to cover them up the truth as a distraction
Something to think about

They can seen interesting for a while, but too many people become obsessed with them, and can't stop talking about them.

So yeah, I'm not surprised people "cant stop talking about them", when 99% of reality that isn't in line with the narrative of the day is considered a "conspiracy theory". Have a slightly different view about absolutely anything in existence that differs even just 1% to whatever the accepted consensus of the day is and see how quickly very unintelligent people will throw the "conspiracy theorist" label at you.

I’m the opposite. I’ve never believed in a conspiracy.

🤔 ... if you think it, you'll probably be right ...
The Conspiracy Theories for the past 20 yrs have proven to be correct, when i find the Meme, i'll forward it on, but for now, have a look at the below, anyone who was against the Covid 19 vaccine were deemed as 'Conspiracy Theorists':
SIXTH FORM students - whilst testing the Covid 19 Vaccine - found DNA strands, potentially causing CANCEROUS cells ... 'SCIENTISTS' were telling us that the Covid 19 Vaccine was SAFE
