I’ve had “friends” like that. Stuff I told them in confidence that it would remain private, then they go disclosing it and my business for the whole site to see. What’s hilarious is they still tried to be friends with me afterwards.

I’m sorry it had to happen with you too, by someone you were romantically involved with, no less. People really fucking suck. Makes one think everything would be better if you just didn’t bother with anyone at all.

That's really horrible nasty thing to do to you. The sad thing is that were never your true friends. They showed themselves to be shallow and untrustworthy people, whatever they said about you just makes you human and there's nothing wrong with that. 🙂
