@MarineBob I guess that’s up to the relatively new SF District Attorney? But I just heard and I saw it in print that the PD may have responded to his home on a welfare check, and not a 911 call. Again, much is unknown.

@MarineBob I stand corrected. The DA who was involved with the DUI case of Paul Pelosi is from Napa County. They put a number of things on him restriction and compensation wise and he’s apparently on 3 years probation.

He was lucky enough to survive the incident and get away.
The police later on found the hooker dead.
Probably a trafficking situation.

Violence is never a solution. I don't understand how some people allow themselves to assault someone physically — cruel no matter the reason or motive. Not to mention an elderly person like that.

I can imagine there’s hours of CCTV footage from the neighbourhood of some guy walking around in his y-fronts and a hammer at let’s say 1:30ish.. showing his path to the polowsi house..

police body cams and polowsi security cams that I’m sure will be released to the public..

@FreestyleArt apparently he told the police at first this guy was his friend and said his name. So he has contradicted himself later saying he broke in. Last I read both were in their underwear when the police got there

@sunsporter1649 I read today that there was a third person at the house when it happened. The broken glass fell to the outside indicating it was broken from the inside. Probably with the hammer they were struggling over. And contradictions in the story
