@HoraceGreenley That he is. Canada will be suffering financially for decades following boy Blunder's misdeeds. You simply do not steal people's bank accounts and expect people to invest in Canada. Not going to happen. Already there has been a run on the banks and the banks are noticing. Hundreds of billions of dollars has been pulled and or their stocks devalued.
