Further, this article shared a photo from a stock website and referred to him as Randall (Randy) Jeffries. The man seen in the photo is not Randal Jeffries and the story shared in the article does not report a real incident. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE. If any such incident had taken place, several news websites would have published articles or videos reporting the incident. Also, we could not find a single article mentioning a person named Randal Jeffries.
