Will there be rioting after the Smollett sentencing?

Driver2 · M
Why , he’s tried to start more racial tension and more riots ,looting and violence?

Whoever backs him is just plain stupid. Period
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
@Driver2 I have heard some rants of , "Justice for Jussie"!
Driver2 · M
@fanuc2013 stupidly will never go out if style , neither will hate
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
@Driver2 I'd have to agree!
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
FOX Noise will try to get something started... for the views.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@fanuc2013 Neither do you!!!
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
@MarkPaul I just asked if there would be rioting! You wanted to make it about Fox News! They get the best ratings of any news channel, and CNN is getting in more trouble all the time, another of their people is involved in a sex scandal, and their ratings are dropping rapidly.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@fanuc2013 Are you bitter because you get excited by FOX Noise's ratings even though that has nothing to do with you, does nothing for you, and gains you nothing?
deadgerbil · 22-25, F
No riots of any significance. The vast majority of people know that there's nothing to riot over.
@deadgerbil why riot when you can smash and grab, of course unless you like fire.
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
@soar2newhighs You might be right! They don't have to wait for a "peaceful demonstration" anymore!
[image deleted]@fanuc2013 I didn’t really follow that whole issue but since the matter went to court, simply what I’ve heard, on the news and talk shows, he pulled a stunt and it backfired and whatever lol sentencing comes it will be because he was found guilty. And if he does time, regardless of the stretch, many people who were quick to play the race card and backed him, guarantee, with perhaps the exception of BLM, will assuredly distance themselves from him.
I doubt it. Not a whole lot of sympathy for that defendant. Unless they give him some absurdly Draconian sentence.

If there is, that's just stupid
Pherick · 41-45, M
Of course not. He lied, set the whole thing up, and got caught. No one is "on his side".

The only reason people were on his side in the first place was because it seemed like a pretty blatant hate crime. When it turned it not to be true, and then even worse that he had set it all up. He lost all credibility.

I highly doubt it
Notsimilar · 31-35, F
I don't know how anyone could keep a straight face with that one after the evidence that's come out
FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
I doubt it. his story fell apart and he isn't useful to the Al Sharptons of the world anymore
Gusman · 61-69, M
Not at all. He was/is just someone who thought he was/is more important than he really is.
PatKirby · M
@Gusman

Apparently he greatly overestimated his celebrity. Not enough to escape justice but perhaps enough to maximum sentencing. We shall see.
They will. They will use this to play the victim and cry about how racist the US is. This actor had to fake a hate crime. This is one of the least racist countries yet liberals want to tear it down
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
@Stargazer89 I've thought that for a long time.
@fanuc2013 the left will keep producing stuff like this until the US falls apart. Race one day, gender the next day, etc. Just like how a couple weeks ago liberal feminists were crying about new abortion laws
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
the rioting, lootings, arson, etc. bullshit over fake hate crimes has gone on long enough

if they want to act like a bunch of parasites, they should be treated as such and exterminated...
graphite · 61-69, M
He'll get a suspended sentence. He's simply too well-connected to do any time.
laotzu92 · 70-79, M
@graphite I respectfully disagree. It might have happened if he didn't take the stand. But the judge is not going to overlook the sworn perjury and sentencing him to jail is easier than prosecuting the perjury charge.
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
@laotzu92 I hope you're right!
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
Fake rioting, paid for by check.
Grvstu · 70-79, F
No doubt there will be some who will object to this fraud be rightly sentenced
Nah, I don't think anyone really cares about Smollett
