The wind is howling

@Gibbon Especially up in Maine!!! I survived no heat for four days once, living in a rooming house with no insulation...every night when I went to sleep I wasn't sure I was going to wake up!!! I would take the generator if I were you.

@4meAndyou Well I'm in Maryland. The temp is 35 and chill is 25. Place is poorly insulated so the wind pulls heat off. I'll be okay for quite a few more hours. They are usually fast with getting it back on but this time there's a lot of small outages all around me so I don't know. It could be awhile.

@Gibbon Is the place well insulated?

@Fishy Just had to rescue the trash bin from the middle of the yard. It's big and heavy empty but like a sail in this wind.

@Fishy It reminds me of the Derecho that blew through the first year I was here 15 years ago.
