Do u guy's have a place to get to just in case the weather is bad?

Back when I lived in the south, we had what my uncle called a "fraidy hole" in case of a tornado.

I have a storm cellar that we can run to if needed. The only thing that scares the crap out of me are tornadoes. I was in the Chattanooga Easter tornado a few years ago and I have never in my life been so horried and scared for my life. It hit in the middle of the night, pitch black. All the lights went out and all the cell phones started the emergency alerts at once. The lighting kept striking like a strobe light. The wind blew the rain through the cracks on the closed windows and doors. A portion of the roof was blown off and the large shed in the backyard full of furniture and tools was flipped over. We were lucky, though. Afterwards, we took a drive out to see what was damaged. Entire builldings and homes were demolished. We tried to go down a main road and there was a house that had literally been lifted up and put into the middle of the road. It was an EF3. In the pitch black, the sound of wind, trees, cracking wood, and exploding transfers was all you could hear. With so much damage, the one thing that truly demonstrated the power of this was a street sign that was still standing. The wind spun that sign it around so fast and hard that the post it was on looked like a twizzler or corkscrew.
